LA Gear is happy to accept returns for orders place on lagear.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery. LA Gear footwear and apparel should be received in their original packaging and condition - unworn and unused - to receive a full refund. * We do not accept returns on gift cards, customized product, or product without proof of purchase and currently cannot process returns outside the US Territories or from APO/FPO addresses.
Returns are processed Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM PST.
*Footwear accessories - USB cords, bags - if any, should be included with your return.
*Excludes LA Gear gift card purchases, customized product, and product without proof of purchase.
Initiating Your Return
Email orders@lagear.com to begin your return process. Please include your order number and any details you'd like us to know, and our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Purchases made by credit or debit-card will be credited back to the original form of payment. *
LA Gear gift card purchases will be issued an e-credit for the refunded amount.
LA Gear product without proof of purchase or outside the 14-day return window are not eligible for refund.
LA Gear is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional shipping charges incurred.
Refunds include the purchase price of your item, and/or, additional sales tax. We do not refund shipping costs.
