STYLE & FIT
LA Gear footwear fits true to size for most customers. If you're between sizes we suggest sizing up.
Note: The LA Gear Men's Boardwalk runs large compared to other styles. We suggest ordering 1/2 size down from your usual size.
The LA Gear Men's Star Shooter • Vintage Hightop is from the brand's original drop over 20 years ago. Due to extra padding in the tongue, consider ordering 1/2 up from your usual size.

Most LA Gear styles do have removable insoles.
LA Gear's From the Vault vintage collection from the brand's original drop over 20 years ago do not have removable insoles.

LA Gear processes and ships orders Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM PST. Expedited orders placed after 9AM PST will be processed the next business day, excluding federally observed U.S. holidays.
We are unable to process and ship orders to domestic P.O. Box addresses.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping does not include non-contiguous US states and territories. Non-contiguous states and territories include: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
LA Gear's domestic shipping rates:
- Economy: five to eight business days starts at $10 and up
- Standard: three to five business days starts at $20 and up
- Express: two to three business days starts at $30 and up
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and determined by your order volume and shipping address.
Occasionally, LA Gear offers domestic shipping promotions. Shipping discounts are only applied towards five to eight business days' economy shipments.

LA Gear currently ships only within the continguous United States.
LA Gear often receives inquiries about delivery to other countries and regions. While LA Gear does not partner with or endorse any specific provider, many customers have successfully used US-based package forwarding services. These services receive a customer's order on their behalf and forward their package to a preferred destination.
LA Gear encourages customers to research and choose a forwarding service that supports their location, timing, and budget. Searching phrases like “US package forwarding service” is a helpful way to get started.

LA Gear processes and ships orders Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST, excluding all federally observed U.S. holidays.
Orders placed after 9 AM PST, including expedited orders, will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federally observed holidays. Any orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.
Keep an eye on your email! When your order is fulfilled, you'll receive shipping confirmation and updates. You'll be able to track your package from the warehouse to its delivery address.*
Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
LA Gear is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
*Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
PAYMENTS X REFUNDS
You can shop gift cards at LAGear.com. We offer gift cards in the amount of $10, $25, $50, and $100. Gift cards come straight to your email inbox, or you can add your gift card to your Apple Wallet.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Gift card purchases will be refunded as an e-credit.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Refunds include the purchase price and applicable sales tax, minus:
- A $10 restocking fee per item
- Original shipping costs
Items returned outside the 14-day window, without proof of purchase, or not meeting condition requirements are not eligible for a refund.
RETURNS x EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, email info@lagear.com with your order number and details.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same requirements as returns.
- A $10 restocking fee per item applies
- Standard shipping rates apply
- Promotional shipping discounts from the original order do not carry over

LA Gear is happy to accept returns for orders placed on lagear.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Returns are processed Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM PST. LA Gear footwear and apparel should be received in its original packaging and condition: unworn and unused. LA Gear charges a $10 restocking fee on all returns.
We do not accept returns on gift cards, customized product, or product without proof of purchase* and cannot guarantee standard return or exchange rates outside the non-contiguous US states and territories and Canada.
