We want you to love your LA Gear purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
LA Gear accepts returns for items purchased directly on LAGear.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery, as verified by carrier tracking.
Important: Purchases made outside of LAGear.com, including third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange through LA Gear.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Complete with all original components and accessories (including, but not limited to, USB cords, charging components, bags, and inserts)
Items that are worn, damaged, or missing components may not be eligible for return or refund.
Proof of purchase from LAGear.com is required for all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items & Limitations
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products without valid proof of purchase
Orders intended for delivery to or use in non-contiguous U.S. states, U.S. territories, or international locations are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, regardless of the shipping address provided at checkout or use of freight forwarding services.
This includes, but is not limited to: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
Starting a Return
To begin a return or exchange, email info@lagear.com with your order number and any relevant details.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Processing & Business Hours
Orders and returns are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST, excluding federally observed U.S. holidays.
Requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.
Fees & Shipping
- A $10 restocking fee applies per item for all domestic returns and exchanges
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Credit and debit card purchases will be refunded to the original payment method
- Gift card purchases will be refunded as an e-credit
Refunds include the purchase price and applicable sales tax, minus:
- A $10 restocking fee per item
- Original shipping costs
Items returned outside the 14-day window, without proof of purchase, or not meeting condition requirements are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email info@lagear.com with your order number and details.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same requirements as returns.

- Standard shipping rates apply
- Promotional shipping discounts from the original order do not carry over
Shipping & Return Responsibility
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and returning items using a trackable shipping method.
LA Gear is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, or for carrier delays.
Policy Acknowledgment
By placing an order on LAGear.com, you agree to this Returns, Refunds x Exchanges Policy.
Failure to follow the return process, including obtaining authorization, may result in the denial of a refund.
